History

Child Evangelism Fellowship® is the largest children's ministry in the world. The South Carolina affiliate has 11 local chapters covering every county in the state.  CEF Greater Pee Dee chapter began in 2001, covering Horry, Marion, and Georgetown counties. There are over 45,000 children ages 0-14 in the 3 counties. GPD partners with churches to help them reach their community kids through the After-School Good News Clubs program in many of our pubic elementary schools in the area.  We also provide and support many other ministry events for kids, as well as training opportunities for adult and youth volunteers.

Mission & Purpose

We exist to support and equip the Church for the work of the ministry to fulfill the Great Commission to our community's children and their families. Child Evangelism Fellowship® is an evangelical, Bible-centered mission whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.
