Why Local Committee Members Are Needed:

Committee members ensure the chapter is:

-Spiritually strong before God

-Legally strong before men

-Well-governed, organized, and financially healthy

-Focused on mission, vision, and strategic growth

-Supported through prayer, encouragement, and accountability
​
Their service allows ministry staff and volunteers to reach more children with the Gospel in schools, communities, and neighborhoods.

Qualifications of a Local Committee Member:

-Born-again believers with a clear testimony

-Active in a local church

-People of strong Christian character

-Doctrinally sound and in agreement with CEF’s purpose

-Willing to serve, attend meetings, and support the ministry

-Called to evangelize and disciple children

-Team-minded and mission-driven
